"SAFE PURCHASE": WORLD DIAMOND GROUP SPA PROTECTS YOUR PURCHASES

World Diamond Group is committed to providing you with exceptional service for your jewellery. By filling out the "Safe Purchase" form, World Diamond Group undertakes to replace your jewels in the event of theft as a result of:

• theft, while you were wearing the jewellery;
• Theft from your home, but only if the jewellery was securely stored in a locked safe and there is clear evidence of forced entry to steal it.

Warranty Coverage

• World Diamond Group Spa guarantees that any insured jewellery will be replaced with an identical piece, or if that is not possible, with a similar piece of equal value.
• Gold Jewelry 9kt and 18kt.
• The warranty does not provide for any cash compensation, but only the full replacement of the jewel covered by the insurance.
• The warranty does not cover the loss, disappearance, or theft of unworn jewellery if it is not stored in a securely locked safe. The warranty also does not cover loss, accidental breakage, or partial damage to the jewels, even if caused by an attempted theft, robbery, or mugging.
• The warranty is valid worldwide.
• The warranty must be activated within 15 days of the purchase date; otherwise, it will be considered null and void. Coverage is valid for 24 months from the date of activation, starting at midnight.

The completion of the Safe Purchase Guarantee automatically activates the International Warranty, the details of which can be consulted on the  following page.

THE INSURANCE DOCUMENT IS PERSONAL, RESULTING FROM THE IDENTIFICATION DATA RECORDED IN THE APPROPRIATE FORM CONTAINED ON THE WORLD DIAMOND GROUP SPA WEBSITE, AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO THIRD PARTIES.

The Warranty is VOID in the following cases:

1. if issued to a person under the age of 16;
2. if issued to someone who has already submitted a previous claim to World Diamond Group;
3. in case of false and fraudulent request by the jewellery owner.

What to do in case of THEFT or MUGGING

Should any of the events covered by the "Safe Purchase" guarantee occur, under penalty of forfeiture to the right of replacement, the owner of the jewel already registered in the appropriate "FORM" must provide the following documentation exclusively to: World Diamond Group Spa - Viale dell'Industria 14 - 36100 Vicenza (Customer Care Office):

• written and detailed complaint of the competent Judicial Authority for the area where the incident occurred
• purchase receipt;
• certificate of authenticity (Jewellery Identification Card showing photo, serial number, code, and characteristics of the jewel).

The submission of the documentation should be made:

• in digital format by mail-pec at the following address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 5 days of the claim.
• in original format by registered mail A.R. to World Diamond Group Spa - Viale dell'Industria 14 - 36100 Vicenza (Customer Care Office) within 15 days of the occurrence of the claim

IF THE DOCUMENTATION RECEIVED IS INCOMPLETE, THE INSURANCE COVERAGE WILL BE VOID.

In case of a claim, World Diamond Group has 40 days to examine the file from the date of receipt of the complete original documentation of the claim by registered mail. From the time of confirmation in case of a positive outcome for the reproduction of the jewel, World Diamond Group has 60 days to reproduce a similar jewel and deliver it to the original retailer of purchase.

Before submitting the form, make sure that you have entered the correct and complete data required in the registration form. The data cannot be changed, under penalty of invalidation of the registration.

Note: the registration of the form is null and void if it occurs more than 15 days after the date indicated on the tax receipt attached

Personal data will not be used for the purpose of sending advertising. They will be kept for statistical purposes and internal marketing activities. They will not be given to third parties for dissemination/use.

"Safe Purchase" is valid from the date 01/05/2023; "Safe Purchase" is valid for purchases made from the date 01/05/2023, earlier purchases are not considered valid.
