This jewelry is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of purchase indicated on this certificate, subject to the terms listed below. If the jewelry is returned during the warranty period and any component is found to have a manufacturing defect by our technical maintenance services, W.D.G S.p.a will repair or replace it free of charge. If the warranty period has expired, any necessary technical intervention will be at the buyer's expense. This warranty expressly excludes defects or damages resulting from improper use, impacts, tampering, modifications, breakage, or repairs performed by unauthorized centers other than W.D.G S.p.a.

At all times, the buyer is responsible for covering all transportation costs, insurance, and packaging required to send the jewelry to the W.D.G. headquarters.

To avail of the warranty, it is necessary to complete the form below, providing all the required information.

W.D.G. S.p.a. guarantees that this jewelry is a handmade Italian craftsmanship and the components used for its production meet the highest quality standards.

This certificate is valid for all products bearing the trademarks owned by W.D.G. S.p.a. or trademarks licensed to W.D.G. S.p.a. Each piece of jewelry complies with the UNI EN I8II:20II regulations regarding Nickel release. In the event of any disputes, the jurisdiction of the court in Vicenza, Italy, shall apply.

For those who have already activated the "Safe Purchase" insurance, the International Warranty is automatically in effect.
